Terms and Conditions

Upon clicking "Place Order", your trees and shrubs will be removed from our sales inventory, and will be held specifically for you.  Depending on the payment method you have selected, you authorize PottedTrees.com to charge either your credit card account the Total amount of your order, when your order is submitted.

Your order will be shipped in the spring, according to the schedule listed on our Shipping Information page.

Orders cancelled after March 15th will be charged a 25% cancellation fee 

Orders cancelled after April 15th will be charged a 50% cancellation fee

Non-plant items: All sales are final on non-plant items. Once your non-plant items leave our facility, the order cannot be cancelled. Non-plant items are not able to be returned for a refund of any kind.

When you click the "Place Order" button, you agree to the following:

1. Plant orders will be shipped in spring, between March 1st and June 15th, according to the schedule listed on our Shipping Information page. Orders containing only non-plant products will be shipped year round within 1-3 business days. 

2. We will charge your credit card in full when the "Place Order" button is clicked. 

3. When an order is placed, stock is reserved specifically for you and is no longer offered for sale to others. Orders cancelled after March 15 will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the order total. Once your order has been pulled for shipping, we are unable to accommodate any order changes or process an order cancellation. 

4. You are receiving live plants which require your strict attention and care to survive. Incorrect or damaged nursery stock must be reported upon receipt. All claims must be reported within 60 days of receipt, no exceptions. For complete details of our guarantee, visit the Our Guarantee page.

5. We do not allow returns on plant orders. Non-plant items will only be considered for return if unopened and in new & salable condition.

6. When providing an email address with your an order, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Arborista. You may opt out at any time directly within the marketing email. We will never give, sell or rent your email address to a third party.
