A Guide to Our Shipping Methods and Practices

When will my order ship?
All plant orders are scheduled for shipment during the spring, specifically between March 1st and June 15th. The actual shipping time depends on both plant availability and your shipping location.
Complete Shipments: We ship orders in their entirety; partial shipments are not available.
Evergreen Trees & Proven Winners: Depending on the category you've ordered from, evergreen trees may ship as early as March, while Proven Winners plants will be shipped between late April and mid-June.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships in the spring, you will receive an email notification containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Our plants are suitable for planting year-round, as long as the ground isn't frozen. We typically ship to the warmest parts of the country earliest, and then work our way north.
Large Orders & Events: If you have a sizable order or need trees for a specific event, you can select an available delivery week on the checkout page to accommodate your schedule.
How Will My Order Ship, and Can I Track It?
Orders Under 96 Pots: Typically, orders containing fewer than 96 pots will be shipped via UPS Ground. If your order is substantial enough to warrant a freight shipment, we will contact you to arrange the specifics before shipping.
Email Notifications: When your order ships, UPS will send you an email notification that enables you to track your incoming package(s).
What Is the Shipping Cost?
Packaging & Shipping Charges: The cost for packaging and shipping is calculated based on your order total.
Product Total Up to $49.99: Shipping charges are $16.95.
Product Total $50.00 to $99.99: Shipping charges are $19.95.
Product Total $100.00 to $149.99: Shipping charges are $22.95.
Product Total Over $150.00: Shipping charges are 15% of your total order value.
Should you prefer to save on shipping costs, you can choose to pick up your order from our facility in Grafton, WI, for a flat handling fee of $14.95, regardless of your order's size.
Can I Pick Up My Order at Your Shipping Facility?
Absolutely: During the checkout process, you have the option to select "Pick up in person" for delivery. A $14.95 handling fee, regardless of order size, will be included in your total. Plants will be packed in flats. If you require boxing of plants, please inform us when placing your order. Additional boxing fees will apply.
Schedule Your Pick Up: After mid-April, you can contact us via email at email@example.com to schedule your pick-up date. On the morning of your pick-up, your order will be gathered and prepared, so it's ready when you arrive. Given the busy spring season, it's essential to schedule your pick-up at least three business days before your intended pick-up date to ensure your order's readiness.
Our shipping facility is conveniently located at 976 Ulao Road, Grafton, WI 53024, just two blocks east of Interstate 43, on Highway 60, also known as Ulao Road. Our facility is located within the Chief River Nursery property.
