Upon delivery, immediately open the box and inspect the contents. Carefully examine each plant to ensure they have arrived in good condition. In the rare event that you notice any issues from shipping or discrepancies with your order, it's essential to report them to us within 24 hours. Our Guarantee covers such issues, but timely reporting is key.
2. Unpack with Care:
Gently remove the plants from their packaging.
3. Water Thoroughly:
It's time to give your plants a good drink. Water each plant thoroughly but avoid overwatering. Ensure the soil is evenly moist but not soggy.
4. Prompt Planting:
For the best results, we recommend planting your new arrivals as soon as possible. Prompt planting helps your plants establish themselves in their new home and minimizes any transplant shock.
5. Proper Plant Storage:
If you're unable to plant your new additions immediately, it's essential to store them correctly. Here's how:
