When do you accept orders at PottedTrees.com?
You can place your order online with our nursery between November and early June each season. Visit our Ordering Information page for more specific information.
When will my order of trees and shrubs be shipped?
All orders are shipped in the spring, typically between March 1st and June 15th. Our potted plants have a large and suitable planting window; they can safely be planted any time of the year that the ground is not frozen. You can choose the window you would like your order delivered, if necessary, on the checkout page. If you prefer, you may pick your order up at our shipping facility in Grafton, Wisconsin. Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. In order to maintain our low pricing per plant, we require a minimum order of $59 of product, prior to shipping fees.
Do you offer a guarantee on your potted plants?
Yes! Our potted trees and shrubs are healthy and resilient, but require proper care in order to survive and thrive. We guarantee that your order will arrive in satisfactory condition, and that you have received what you ordered. Beginning on the date of delivery, you have 60 calendar days to nurture your potted plants and let us know about any concerns. Please visit the Our Guarantee page for the full details.
How can I receive a discount on my order?
Glad you asked! The pricing schedule for each species is listed on its individual product page. The more you buy, the more you save! Mix and match pricing (ie: 6 pots of 2 different varieties to achieve the 12 pot pricing) is not offered. For orders of 200+ potted plants, please contact us directly for further discounts. There are no additional discount on Proven Winners branded plants.
Do you ship everywhere?
Unfortunately not. Due to strict import laws and fumigation requirements, we are unable to ship to AK, AZ, CA and HI. There may be some unique situations where a certain plant is not allowed in your state. We will make you aware of any conflicts as soon as possible in those cases. We do not ship to any U.S. territories, or outside of the United States.
